Being a compliance consultant, outsourced MLRO, MLCO, and compliance officer, I feel that the lessons I see every day are worthy to share. There is a lot of negativity around compliance and its application from those with a short-term view, but I can see how Compliance has enhanced and secured financial services businesses. Compliance is fun, and these are my thoughts, which I would like to share with you.
