Being a Compliance Manager, MLRO and MLCO for the Guernsey office of an international Trust company and having previously been a Compliance consultant, out sourced MLRO and Compliance officer I feel that the lessons I see every day are worthy to share. There is a lot of negativity around Compliance and its application from those with a short term view, but I can see how Compliance has enhanced and secured financial services businesses. Compliance is fun and these are my thoughts which I would like to share with you.
